As a Client Support Associate at Media Meter Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation and success of the Client Success Department. Your responsibilities will include assisting with day-to-day operations, documentation, and processes to enhance client services and satisfaction strategies. You will coordinate various internal projects and documents aimed at improving Client Success systems and processes
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide assistance to the Client Success Department for day-to-day operations, documentation and processes, client services and satisfaction strategies
- Coordinate a range of internal projects and documents to improve Client Success systems and processes.
- Understand all Media Meter Inc. products & services in as complete and in-depth a way as possible.
- Serve as an intermediary between Customer Success, Business Development, Human Resources and Finance teams
- Monitoring, reviewing and preparing Client Subscriptions that are due for renewal and ensuring timely action is taken.
- Responsible for timely Billing Requests, Collection updates, and regular updating of Sales and Pipeline Sheets.
- Refining renewal strategies that proactively engage with clients in curbing the churn rates
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, MS Teams, OneNote, etc.) and any Sales CRM for effective assistance with departmental processes, records, and other work-related systems.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to foster relationships with managers, business leaders, clients, and colleagues.
- Experience in Client Success activities, including Client Management, Administrative Support, Process Documentation, Government Procurement, and Enterprise Accreditation, Billing Requests, Upsell and Cross-sell Planning and Strategies, is a plus
- Preferred experience in the PR, Advertising, or Technology sectors.
