Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to patients regarding their medications, potential side effects, and proper usage through various communication channels.
• Ensure regulatory compliance by validating prescriptions and maintaining accurate patient documentation in line with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer experience and supply chain, to improve operational processes, address patient concerns, and ensure the quality of our services.
