Junior Interior Designer  

Schematic Phase

• Conducts research for concept image and reference images for the concept board schemes,
• Prepares approved materials to be put into material board for presentation with the client.
• Prepares base plans and shells for rooms.

Design Development Phase

• Prepares CAD Drawings
• Prepares furniture booklet for approval by the President Prepares fabric booklet as approved by Head Stylist and submits for quotation of labor and fabric cost.
• Prepares toilet fixtures as per sourcing approved by the President 2.5 2.6 2.7 3. Prepares other items to be purchase such as tiles, lighting fixtures, kitchen fixtures and appliances.
• Coordinates and follows up with the suppliers regarding queries, quotations and awarding of certain items.
• Reviews general budget, quotations submitted by suppliers and contractors.

Construction Phase:

• Conducts site visit and inspection before, during and after the construction.
• Coordinates with the Project Manager/Contractor for other concerns regarding the drawings and design.
• Coordinates with suppliers regarding the delivery of items on site and status of furniture to be customized.
• Assists in styling and accessorizing.
• Assists in turnover of site.

Educational Background: Interior Design Graduate

Work Experience: 1-2yrs prior related work experience

Training: Training in conceptualizing, preparing working drawings.

Skills: Background in materials and basic detailing

Knowledge: Basic knowledge in related software such as Autocad, Sketchup, Photoshop MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc.
