- Conduct live streaming sessions for product promotion, audience engagement, and sales conversion through TikTok, Shopee, or Instagram
- Selling product by actively encouraging existing and new customers through live stream sessions
- Manage the execution of live streaming programs and social commerce activities across multiple digital platforms and marketplace channels
- Plan, manage and oversee content calendars and live streaming schedule while coordinating with hosts, content creators, and cross functional teamd to ensure seamless execution and optimal performance
- Monitor, evaluate, and analyze content/live streaming performance based on established KPI's, using insights and data drivenfindings to optimal future strategies
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 1 year experience in Live Shopping and Content Creator
- Well groomed and confidence performing on camera
- Proficient in using Canva and video editing tools (Capcut, VN and similar applications)
- Able to operate live streaming tools such as OBS Studio, TikTok Live Studio, PRISM Studio, or similar platform
- Understanding of sales content strategies, live streaming, and the digital customer journey
- Familiar with marketplace platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, or similar e-commerce platform
- Excellent communication, leadership, an teamwork skills
- Highly organised, self motivated in fast paced environment
- Able to analyze and interpret data and trends
- Target oriented with a positive personality and a chatty person
- Willing to work fulltime and shifting (weekend & public holidays), at Head Office Kompas Gramedia, Jakarta Barat
