Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end online and offline events, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue-generating activities.
  2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute promotional campaigns and event amplification strategies.
  3. Manage event preparation, logistics, operations, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and post-event activities.
  4. Develop event timelines, run sheets, operational checklists, budgets, and event reporting documentation.
  5. Ensure successful event delivery within budget, timeline, quality standards, and business objectives.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Merchant, Creative Design, Product, Engineering, and external partners, to execute marketing initiatives.
  7. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, sponsors, strategic partners, and communities to ensure effective project execution.
  8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication, alignment, and stakeholder engagement.
  9. Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to organizational processes, standards, and best practices.
  10. Prepare campaign and event performance reports, including key metrics, business insights, and strategic recommendations.
  11. Analyze campaign and event performance to identify optimization opportunities and improve future initiatives.
  12. Support the evaluation of business impact, customer acquisition, customer engagement, revenue contribution, and return on investment (ROI) of marketing initiatives.
  13. Monitor and optimize campaign amplification activities across online and offline channels to maximize brand awareness, audience engagement, and conversion outcomes.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong creative thinking and ideation capabilities.
  2. Result-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  3. Strong interest and passion for marketing campaigns, brand activations, and online and offline event management.
  4. Demonstrates strong ownership, accountability, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  5. Possesses excellent teamwork and stakeholder management skills, with empathy when working with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Highly adaptable and agile, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  7. Sharp, proactive, and energetic, with a positive can-do attitude.
  8. Able to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration and alignment across teams.
