We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager in managing projects, handling data, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams. This role combines project execution, communication, and problem solving skills
- Lead and monitor project timelines and deliverables
- Collect and analyze business data
- Create clear and presentable reports using spreadsheets and slides/powerpoints
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Conduct external research to support operational needs
- Handle confidential information professionally
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- be a think tank to the business partner
- Work flexibly with high commitment in a mobile setting, including coordination across different locations when needed
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking with business acumen
- Proficient in spreadsheets (formulas, charts, data presentation)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and work under tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
