We’re looking for a detail-driven, organization master who can keep our division running smoothly! As our Assistant Admin, you’ll oversee distributing and duplicating documents, organizing files, and supporting our team with essential admin tasks. You’ll ensure that all internal processes run like a well-oiled machine, keeping everything up-to-date and easily accessible. Kualifikasi Minimum
What You’ll Deliver:
Education
Diploma (D3) in Secretary, Office Administration or related field.
Experience
Over 1 year of relevant work experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in managing and organizing documents efficiently, ensuring easy access and proper filing.
- Adept at maintaining an organized filing system, both digital and hardcopy.
- Understanding of basic risk management principles to maintain security and accuracy in documentation.
Soft Skills
- A reliable team member who can handle sensitive information with integrity and responsibility.
- Dedicated to understanding and addressing the needs of both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Open to change and quick to adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Committed to continuously improving and delivering high-quality work.
- A strong understanding of how administrative work supports broader business goals.
- Capable of analyzing situations, identifying issues, and implementing solutions with precision.
General Requirements:
- Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
