Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and technically inclined Sales Engineer (B2B Field Sales) to support business growth for Hi-Technology Machineries & Solutions, a leading supplier of food processing machinery.
This role focuses on field sales, client acquisition, and technical solution selling across industrial and commercial clients in the food processing and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate is comfortable with client site visits, understands technical products, and can translate customer needs into appropriate machinery solutions.
Technical Presentations & Demonstrations
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to showcase products and services to potential clients.
Customer Needs Assessment
Work closely with customers and the sales team to identify technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Custom Solutions Development
Modify or customize products and systems to meet specific client requirements and business goals.
Sales & Technical Support
Provide pre-sales technical assistance, support the sales team with expertise, and assist the engineering team with after-sales service and troubleshooting.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Serve as the liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consultative selling and consistent follow-up.
Market Awareness
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to offer insightful recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, area sales, field sales, or sales engineering is an advantage
- Experience in client acquisition, B2B sales, and lead generation / generating client leads is an advantage
- Background in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related technical courses is preferred
- Strong interest in machinery, industrial equipment, or technical sales
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple manner
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with fieldwork and client visits
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and good driving skills
