We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented individual to join our finance department, where you'll have the chance to make an impact and grow your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares and presents monthly financial reports that drive strategic decision-making
- Compiles and analyzes the Monthly Management Reporting Package (MRP)
- Conducts strategic analysis such as balance sheet reviews and customer profitability analysis
- Collaborates with management in budget preparation, including crafting assumptions and building templates
- Assists in creating comprehensive budget package schedules
- Oversees year-end inventory counts to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develops financial ratios to evaluate supplier performance
- Provides insights through monthly cost analysis and variance reports (actual vs. budget)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- With relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (strong Excel skills preferred)
- Experience with Oracle systems or similar ERP platforms
