What You'll Do
As a Contract/Lease Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients by managing and interpreting lease agreements and other commercial real estate (CRE) documents. This includes summarizing and organizing key details from complex agreements (Lease Abstracting) as well as ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and reporting (Lease Administration). Your work helps maintain accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in our clients’ business operations.'
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the assignment, responsibilities may include:

Lease Abstracting
- Analyze commercial real estate documents, including leases, agreements, correspondence, and other related materials.
- Prepare clear and concise summaries and abstracts using client-specific templates and guidelines and enter them into client databases or platforms.
- Validate, migrate, and update client databases to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with new documentation and client instructions.

Lease Administration
- Review and analyze the financial sections of lease contracts and related business documents.
- Manage and monitor rental payments, reconciliations, and billing transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions and reporting.
Work Schedule and Set-up
- Hybrid Work: 3 days per week report-to-office (RTO), 2 days per week work-from-home (WFH)
- Schedule: Semi-Flexible 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. (log-in), 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. (log-out)
