Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Lead, coach, motivate, and manage the fragrance sales team to maximize performance and productivity.

Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.

Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product availability.

Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotions and product launches.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.

Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in fragrances, beauty, cosmetics, or skincare products.
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
