Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Provide timely support for hardware, software, and network issues to stakeholders
Set up and configure computers, peripherals, and IT equipment
Assist stakeholders with system access, troubleshooting, and application use
Document issues, solutions, and escalate complex problems when necessary
Track and maintain records of all IT hardware and software assets
Manage the full lifecycle of assets—from acquisition to disposal
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations
Coordinate with vendors and procurement for IT asset needs

Kualifikasi Minimum

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
At least 4–5 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
Familiarity with hardware components, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and enterprise applications
Working knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, routers, switches, DNS, DHCP)
Understanding of basic IT security practices, including password policies, antivirus software, and data protection
Experience with asset management software or tools (e.g., Freshservice, Snipe-IT, Lansweeper)
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities
