- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repair of elevator and escalator units.
- Ensure 100% completion of preventive maintenance within assigned routes.
- Use service reporting tools (e.g., Tarkie) to document work performed and needed parts.
- Clean work areas, return covers, and ensure equipment safety after servicing.
- Report open issues, unsafe conditions, and requests for parts or quotations to the supervisor.
- Adhere to company safety, ethics, and operational policies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Electrical Technology, or Electrical Vocational Course.
- NCII – Building and Wiring Installation (required); NCIII – Mechatronics (preferred).
- At least 2 years’ work experience; elevator industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong technical background with preventive maintenance knowledge.
- Good communication skills; able to engage with clients.
