- Inspect elevator shafts and escalator wells to ensure compliance with design specifications, tolerances, and safety standards.
- Verify alignment, plumbness, and code compliance prior to installation.
- Provide inspection reports and flag issues affecting cost, safety, or timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and installation teams to resolve site concerns.
- Monitor staging areas and equipment delivery, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
- Experience in construction or elevator/escalator projects is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and technical drawings.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and reporting skills.
