- Monitors Accounts Receivable for the assigned Strategic Business Unit (SBU) to ensure timely collections
- Prepares and submits required documents to respective customers
- Follows up regularly on collections to achieve monthly collection targets
- Performs account reconciliation, particularly for aging and long-outstanding accounts
- Ensures compliance with established Credit and Collection policies and procedures
- Validates the accuracy of payment applications declared by Collectors against Official and Collection Receipts
- Processes Accomplishment Reports for all projects related to supply and delivery
- Posts and reconciles payments in SAP
- Posts collected Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT) in SAP
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in any Business-related course, preferably Financial Management
- At least 6 months of experience in credit and collections is an advantage, but not required
- Solid understanding of credit and collection processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is an advantage
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Amenable to work on-site in Annapolis St., Greenhills, San Juan City
- Available to start immediately
