- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documents.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Users, Developers, QA Engineers, and Infrastructure teams throughout the SDLC.
- Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Support system integration initiatives between internal and third-party applications.
- Participate in solution design discussions and provide recommendations based on business requirements.
- Create functional specifications, use cases, workflow diagrams, and process documentation.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and production deployment activities.
- Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
- Ensure delivered solutions comply with security, performance, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain project documentation and support change management activities.
- Work in Agile or Waterfall project environments depending on project needs.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Familiar with story point Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and API integration (REST/JSON)
