Job Summary

The IT Helpdesk is in charge of providing head office and store branch technical and troubleshooting support to users in need of assistance with their computer hardware or software.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assistance to employees and store branches via email, phone, remote access, or onsite visits.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics, and recommend the most effective solutions based on the nature of the issue.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Install and configure hardware and software, including computers, CCTV, VOIP systems, emails, Wi-Fi, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Manage the inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software, systems, and peripherals.
• Repair or replace faulty equipment as needed to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

• BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering and other related course
• Preferably with 1–3 years of experience in a related technical support field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
• Ability to write clear and concise technical support documentation
• Able to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Maintains attention to detail, especially in high-pressure situations
