Store Development Associate  

Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:

• Monitor and manage inventory of store fixtures stored in the warehouse.
• Coordinate fixture dispatches to stores
• Inspect fixtures for damage or wear before and after deployment.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of fixtures and materials.
• Serve as the point person for coordinating store maintenance and minor repair needs.

• Previous experience in retail, administration, logistics coordination, store development, or visual merchandising is often preferred, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years.
• Basic knowledge of retail marketing strategies and consumer behavior.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Good communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external providers.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under tight timelines.
