Store Development Associate  

• Provide support to the Store Development Manager/Adidas Philippines across all projects.
• Assist in the preparation of project timelines and monitor their progress.
• Analyze issues and proactively flag potential problems.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders such as Store Development, Visual Merchandising, Key Accounts, Finance, IT, DTC, franchise/wholesale partners, and landlords (mall representatives).
• Assist with documentation tasks such as preparing Purchase Requests (PR), monitoring invoices, creating presentations, and compiling other related reports (e.g., weekly/daily project updates).
• Support store setups and installations, including coordination with suppliers and contractors.
• Conduct site visits, ocular inspections, and attend meetings with the Store Development Manager.
• May be required to support store setups after mall/office hours.

Experience:

• Previous experience in retail, store development, or visual merchandising is often preferred, typically ranging from 1 to 3 years.

• Experience in customer service can be an advantage

• Basic knowledge of retail marketing strategies and consumer behavior.

• A good eye for aesthetics, with a keen sense of color, balance, and design.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative displays effectively.

Communication Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with team members and management.
