At Beyond Spaces, we execute precision-engineered interior systems for some of the most discerning residential and commercial clients. We're looking for detail-driven, technically-minded individuals to join us as Installation Engineers.
This role is ideal for engineering graduates or technically trained individuals who enjoy hands-on problem-solving, spatial reasoning, and precision execution — turning architectural drawings into flawless, functional installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install modular cabinets, kitchen units, wardrobes, and other built-in furniture according to approved shop drawings and specifications
- Read and interpret technical drawings, floor plans, and installation guides
- Measure, level, and align cabinetry units to ensure proper fit against walls, floors, and adjacent structures
- Perform minor adjustments, cutting, and fitting on-site to accommodate as-built conditions
- Coordinate with the project team, designers, and site supervisors regarding installation schedules and site readiness
- Conduct final quality checks and touch-ups before client sign-off
- Report site issues, discrepancies, or delays to the Project Manager or supervisor promptly
Kualifikasi Minimum
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or related field) — fresh graduates welcome; OR equivalent technical/vocational training with hands-on installation experience
- Strong spatial reasoning and ability to read and interpret technical/architectural drawings
- Meticulous attention to tolerances, alignment, and finish quality
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools (drills, jigsaws, sanders, levels, etc.)
- Analytical mindset for troubleshooting on-site discrepancies
- Willingness to work across client sites in Metro Manila
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with a furniture supplier, cabinetry shop, or interior fit-out company
- Familiarity with quality control standards for finished carpentry work
- Basic knowledge of electrical/plumbing coordination points relevant to cabinetry installation (e.g., cutouts for appliances, sinks)
