- Plan and execute year-round company events for Ayala Land Premier’s sales force, managing logistics and end-to-end execution of activities
- Assist in developing communication plans and creating event marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media content, pubmats, and promotional items
- Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event evaluations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors
- Prepare event reports, surveys and budget monitoring
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Hospitality Management, Advertising, PR/Events Management, or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in event planning and marketing (internships or academic projects are a plus)
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere Pro
- Exhibits strong time management and multitasking abilities in dynamic, fast-paced settings
- Great communication and people skills, with a focus on customer service and engaging well with all stakeholders
- Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Skilled in budget planning and cost-efficient event execution
- Social media savvy is a must
