The Human Resource staff is expected to do the following tasks:
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct qualifying exams and initial interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Help during company activities and other HR-related tasks when not doing recruitment.
Kualifikasi Minimum
At least 1 year recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations
- Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field
