Regulatory Officer  

The Regulatory Officer (FDA/IPO) must have knowledge and experience in FDA regulatory compliance and IPO (Intellectual Property Office) trademark processes. The ideal candidate should have experience handling cosmetic and/or food supplement products, including product registration, label compliance, and trademark documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit FDA product registration/notification requirements
• Assist in LTO (License to Operate) application and renewal
• Review product labels for FDA compliance
• Maintain FDA records and monitor renewal deadlines
• Coordinate with suppliers for regulatory documents (COA, SDS/MSDS, GMP/ISO, etc.)
• Conduct trademark availability checks before product launch
• File and monitor trademark applications, office actions, and renewals
• Maintain compliance trackers and coordinate with R&D, Quality, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams

Qualifications

• Graduate of Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or any related course (or equivalent work experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in FDA regulatory affairs and/or IPO trademark work
• Experience handling cosmetics and/or food supplement products is preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, and with strong documentation skills
