- Manage and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) aging on a regular basis.
- Prepare and send invoices according to schedule.
- Follow up on customer payments.
- Record incoming payments and ensure they match the invoices.
- Perform AR reconciliation with the finance/accounting team.
- Prepare weekly/monthly receivables reports.
- Identify problematic receivables and provide recommendations for next actions.
- Maintain good communication with customers regarding billing and payments.
- Support audit processes and provide AR-related documents when needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or Accounting.
- Familiar with billing processes and receivables management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (vlookup, pivot tables, basic formulas).
- Experience using accounting software (Accurate and Dynamics 365) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized in documentation, and has strong analytical skills.
- Communicative and comfortable with payment follow-ups.
- Able to work independently and complete tasks within deadlines.
