- Supervise the Stewards and support them through training and development
- Ensures that all assets are stored, recorded and secured properly.
- Perform regular inventory of all stored assets and recommends properties for disposal
- Request minor maintenance/preventive cleaning for stored machines, tools and equipment.
- Attends to all the properties concerns and issues of the different departments
- Maintains all records and reports of assets.
- Undertakes routine housekeeping, handling and safekeeping of storage to ensure that safety measures are in place.
- Ensure that the Back of House areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards
- Observe Health, Hygiene and Safety guidelines when handling hazardous substances and comply with all aspects of Health and Safety requirements
- Report and record all faults, misused or damaged equipment issues to the Managers, Executive Chef, and/or Chief Engineering
- Ensure that the machinery is operated properly and safely
- Assist in the location, movement and storage of operational equipment
- Ensure team members adhere to all Health and Safety and Hygiene Regulations
- Perform other tasks set by the Management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College Graduate
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for the position
- Preferably with Hospitality Background
- Good Leadership skills and must be flexible
- Willing to be assigned in other Astoria Properties
- Can start immediately
