- Offer prompt and efficient service to guests related to all Food and Beverage items available in our Outlets.
- Prepare coffee based, alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant guest/s
- Provides service by suggesting a cocktail/wine or non-alcoholic beverage, recommending promotional items and up selling to premium products
- Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar are well-stocked.
- Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
- Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing procedures
- Perform other task/s assigned by the Management
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Hotel and Restaurant Management, Associate in Hotel and Services or at least vocational diploma/short course certificate
- At least 1 year of working experience as a Bartender
- At least 1 year of working experience as Barista
- With knowledge in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Creative and with an eye for details.
- Outgoing and people oriented.
- Can start immediately
