Develop and implement an annual internal audit plan covering all manufacturing, operational, and financial processes. Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, accuracy of financial records, and compliance with company policies while identifying control gaps, process inefficiencies, and potential risks to recommend corrective actions. Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and reputational risks, support management in maintaining good corporate governance practices, and prepare comprehensive compliance and audit reports for executive management and the Board.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- At least 7 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
