- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
- Support project teams in developing business cases, process flows, and documentation.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and management teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and insights to guide business decision-making.
- Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes or initiatives.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, and requirements management.
- Experience or background in the banking or financial services sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
