As a Client Happiness Officer (Account Management Associate), you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and helping grow their accounts. You'll serve as the primary point of contact, working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service while identifying opportunities to strengthen client partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Attend to local and international leads from the website.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
- Follow up on billables and account-related concerns.
- Assist in closing deals and winning new accounts.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts and account portfolios.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services according to client needs and objectives.
- Communicate project updates and account progress to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Assist clients with concerns, requests, and issue escalations in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Prepare account reports and monitor client performance and satisfaction.
- Travel to meet current and prospective clients when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Digital Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Celebrate wins and contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture.
- This is a full-time, office-based position located in BF Homes, Las Piñas.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
