- Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement or enhancement
- Work with stakeholders to gather, define, and document functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear system specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with software developers and QA teams during system design, development, testing, and deployment
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, and technical requirements
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and facilitating issue resolution
- Provide post-implementation support and system troubleshooting
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role
- Proficient in system analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN)
- Experience with requirement management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong understanding of SDLC (both Agile and Waterfall)
- Basic knowledge of databases and querying (e.g., SQL)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
