Key Responsibilities

• Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding new hires.
• Innovate and implement strategies to build robust talent pipelines through active sourcing and candidate pool development.
• Develop and execute employee support and engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Recommend and codify improvements to current HR processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in various HR facets, particularly recruitment, is preferred but not required.
• Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
