- End-to-end campaign execution; Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns and brand activations to ensure strong performance and measurable impact (awareness, engagement, and traffic).
- Lead the execution of multiple brand activation programs (online & offline), ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and high-quality implementation.
- Cross-Functional collaboration; Work closely with editorial, creative, sales, and external partners to ensure alignment and effective execution across all touchpoints.
- Performance & Impact Optimization; Monitor campaign performance (engagement, reach, conversion), analyze results, No specific training or certification is required.
- Fresh graduates with internship experience in communication are preferred and continuously optimize strategies to improve outcomes.
- Audience Engagement & Channel Optimization; Develop and implement strategies
to grow audience engagement across channels, including social media, newsletter, and other distribution platforms. - Partnership & Collaboration Development; Identify and manage strategic partnerships to expand reach, enhance brand value, and support campaign objectives.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement; Proactively bring new ideas, formats, and
approaches to improve campaign effectiveness and brand experience.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience in brand activation/event/campaign execution.
- High ownership, proactive mindset, and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Data-driven thinking with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Understand and eager to learn campaign management tools, content creation, and analytics platforms.
- Eager to develop innovative campaigns that capture attention and drive engagement.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills for building media and partner relationships.
