- Develop and execute strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions through social media channels.

Create and implement digital strategies that align with the company’s marketing objectives and reflect the brand’s voice and identity.

Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns, monitoring performance and optimizing them for better results and engagement.

Analyze metrics such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, search appearances, and conversions. Provide detailed reports on performance and ROI to improve future strategies.

Manage and grow the brand’s online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, answering queries, and fostering positive conversations.

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to adapt strategies and keep the brand relevant and innovative.

Identify and collaborate with influencers to extend the brand’s reach, tap into new audiences, and drive engagement.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or campaign execution.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
- Familiarity with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Premiere Pro) for content creation is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to track and interpret campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear messaging across platforms.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of paid ads management (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads) is an advantage.
