- Provide healthcare services to students and employees
- Promote awareness to students and employees regarding the importance of disease prevention and mental health awareness
- Prevent the spread of communicable diseases and attend to minor ailments of students and employees.
- Refer medical emergencies of students and employees to medical facilities
- Monitor the general health and well-being of the students and employees
- Safekeep student and employee health records
- Oversee partnership with hospitals and clinics to assist the school in medical emergencies with major ailments and as required by CHED
- Identify Health Hazards (HO) and other safety protocols
- Manage employees' health and wellness activities
- Participate in initiatives that focus on student and employee well being
- Prepare regular reports for all stakeholders
Kualifikasi Minimum

Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
-
Must have a PRC License (Registered Nurse)
-
At least 2-3 years of experience in school, organizational or community nursing

Extensive understanding and knowledge of disease prevention and health promotion
-
Experience in policy creation, design and implementation is an advantage for this role
-
Experience in administrative and clerical tasks are a must for this role
-
Ability to learn and utilize cloud software
-
Pleasant personality that can earn the trust and confidence of students and employees regarding their health conditions

Excellent command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
-
Strong networking and people management skills
Ability to work around new tools and processes is an advantage
