Key Responsibilities

	<li>Supervise daily HR operations, including the end-to-end recruitment process, employee onboarding, and record management to ensure operational efficiency.</li>
	<li>Oversee the timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits administration in compliance with Philippine tax and labor regulations.</li>
	<li>Facilitate performance management cycles by providing guidance to supervisors and ensuring consistent feedback loops across the organization.</li>
	<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances and implementing engagement initiatives to maintain a positive culture.</li>
	<li>Monitor and report on HR metrics to identify areas for process improvement and ensure all activities align with established company policies.</li>

Our application process typically takes one to three weeks, depending on your availability and progress:

Step 1: Submit your application form and complete the online assessment within seven days. Afterwards, results are shared in one to three business days.

Step 2: Qualified candidates attend a full-day onsite evaluation. Please arrive at the venue between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM.

	<li>Set clear individual targets for Sales Associates and ensure accountability for achieving them.</li>
	<li>Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and take corrective actions when targets are not being met.</li>
	<li>Motivate the team through performance-based incentives, recognition, and consistent feedback.</li>

B. Team Leadership and Performance Monitoring

	<li>Supervise daily activities of the sales team, providing direction and support.</li>

	<li>Monitor fieldwork activities and ensure Sales Associates follow assigned routes, schedules, and protocols.</li>

C. Call Quality Assurance

	<li>Review calls for compliance with sales scripts, product knowledge, and handling objections.</li>

D. Training and Development

	<li>Design and implement structured onboarding and continuous learning programs.</li>
	<li>Provide coaching on objection handling, closing techniques, negotiation strategies, and effective field selling.</li>
	<li>Identify skill gaps and develop targeted training to improve performance.</li>

E. CRM Management and Sales Reporting

	<li>Ensure accurate and timely data entry of call activities, lead status, sales outcomes, and field activity reports in the CRM system.</li>
	<li>Analyze CRM data to identify trends, pipeline performance, and areas for improvement.</li>
	<li>Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports to Executives.</li>

F. Field Sales Planning and Management

	<li>Plan, assign, and coordinate fieldwork for Sales Associates, ensuring optimal coverage of target areas.</li>
	<li>Monitor field sales activities to ensure adherence to schedules, compliance, and productivity standards.</li>

	<li>Evaluate the effectiveness of fieldwork strategies and recommend improvements.</li>
