Accounting Manager

Our Client is one of the largest energy companies in South East Asia and we are developing their Customer-facing system, including a number of front-end applications built using different mobile and web technology stacks.

We are looking for a Product Analyst to act as the functional and application knowledge specialist for all front-end platforms.

This role is responsible for:

<ul>
	<li>maintaining official product documentation</li>
	<li>supporting first and second-line operational queries</li>
	<li>and organising structured training for internal and external stakeholders.</li>
</ul>

 

As the number and complexity of user-centric, digitised business flows increases, the Product Analyst will play a key role in ensuring that all participants in these flows can understand and use the applications quickly, accurately, and consistently.

 

<h1>Key Responsibilities</h1>

 

<ul>
	<li>Understand existing and newly introduced user flows</li>
	<li>Analyse application behaviour from both functional and UX perspectives</li>
	<li>Maintain a holistic view of end-to-end user journeys across multiple front-end applications</li>
	<li>Create, maintain, and continuously improve the full set of application manuals, including visual models and diagrams</li>
	<li>Ensure that documentation:
	<ul>
		<li>accurately reflects current system behaviour</li>
		<li>is clear, structured, and usable by both technical and non-technical audiences</li>
		<li>evolves in step with new features, enhancements, and process changes</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Act as the single source of truth for front-end application usage and behaviour</li>
	<li>Leverage deep application knowledge and QA materials to:
	<ul>
		<li>design and deliver structured training sessions for Client-side staff</li>
		<li>assist selected external Users in understanding their steps within digitised workflows</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Ensure training enables participants to familiarise themselves with their responsibilities quickly and effectively</li>
	<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for queries related to front-end platform operation</li>
	<li>Provide first and second-line support via chat channels, ad-hoc discussions, and scheduled meetings</li>
	<li>Systematically collect feedback, questions, and recurring issues, and feed insights back to QA, Development, and UX/UI teams for review and action</li>
