The IT Manager leads the daily operations of the IT team, driving technical execution and ensuring system uptime. This role is crucial for providing hands-on technical guidance and managing the internal support systems that allow our clinicians and staff to serve patients without interruption.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Supervise daily IT operations, including network stability, hardware maintenance, and helpdesk support for all staff</li>
	<li>Manage the deployment and configuration of company hardware and software to ensure operational readiness across all departments</li>
	<li>Guarantee system security by overseeing regular backups, software updates, and adherence to internal data privacy policies</li>
	<li>Lead the implementation of technical standard operating procedures to improve hardware lifecycle management and team efficiency</li>
	<li>Coordinate with external service providers and vendors to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and procurement of equipment</li>
