The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities

	<li>Develop and implement comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting frameworks.</li>

	<li>Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes and complete accurate financial reports on a timely basis.</li>
	<li>Conduct monthly financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.</li>
	<li>Provide financial insights, variance analyses, and recommendations to improve overall business performance.</li>
	<li>Achieve an optimal mix of equity and debt to minimize financial costs and maximize operational profitability.</li>
