1. Global HR Strategy Execution

	<li>Cascade HR operating model standards into local processes and ensure service delivery is consistent.</li>

	<li>Drive process automation and digital adoption in line with global HR technology strategy. – including AI tools.</li>
	<li>Monitor service quality and efficiency through KPIs.</li>

3. Talent &amp; Leadership Development

	<li>Support rollout of global leadership development and succession planning frameworks.</li>
	<li>Ensure shared services teams are skilled and trained to deliver consistent, high-quality support.</li>

4. Culture &amp; Engagement (ITVT Group)

	<li>Embed global culture and values through shared service touchpoints.</li>
