The General Accounting Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day support in operation and maintenance of the organization’s financial records (general ledger). S/He is accountable for creating journal entries and assembling supporting documentation, as well as for tracking the contents of accounts. S/He primarily provides support for Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, and other responsibilities.

Summary

<ul>
	<li>Prepare monthly journal entries and adjustments, including supporting documentation and appropriate descriptions</li>
	<li>Ensure the balance sheet accounts are properly reconciled to supporting documentation</li>
	<li>Ensure on-time filing and submission of BIR Tax payments which includes withholding taxes, VAT and income taxes</li>
	<li>Performs timely recording and maintenance of BIR applications: Alphalist Data Entry and VAT relief</li>
	<li>Prepares and validates e-submission reports monthly</li>
	<li>Processing of requests for payment.</li>
	<li>Prepares Check and secures releasing</li>

	<li>On-time filing and submission of statutory reports to avoid penalty, interest and surcharges</li>
	<li>Maintaining accurate records and analysis of Quickbooks accounts</li>
	<li>Liaising with both internal and external parties to ensure proper documentation of each financial accounts</li>

General Accounting Analyst

Art Director will lead the art and multimedia direction of our campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who can move fluidly between conceptualization, hands-on production, team leadership, and cross-department collaboration. He/she will be responsible for elevating the visual output of the agency, ensuring ideas are strategically grounded, creatively strong, and flawlessly executed across digital, on-ground, and traditional media platforms.

Creative Development &amp; Conceptualization

<ul>
	<li>Lead visual ideation for campaigns, content series, key visuals, OOH, digital ads, video concepts, and brand storytelling.</li>
	<li>Translate strategic inputs and briefs into strong creative concepts that align with brand guidelines.</li>
	<li>Provide artistic direction throughout creative development, from initial sketches to final output.</li>
</ul>

Multimedia Art &amp; Technical Execution

<ul>
	<li>Execute high-quality designs using industry-standard tools.</li>
	<li>Create illustrations, layouts, and multimedia assets for social, web, print, and video.</li>
	<li>Develop storyboards, shot lists, and visual treatments for video, animation, and motion graphics.</li>
	<li>Use AI creative tools efficiently, ethically, and strategically to streamline production without compromising originality.</li>

Art Quality Oversight &amp; Standards

<ul>
	<li>Own and uphold the visual quality standard produced by the artists.</li>
	<li>Review, critique, and provide guidance to ensure consistency, excellence, and adherence to creative direction.</li>
	<li>Establish and maintain visual standards, benchmarks, and best practices across projects.</li>
	<li>Ensure final deliverables meet both creative and technical quality expectations before client submission.</li>
</ul>

Production &amp; Execution Management, Trend &amp; Cultural Immersion

<ul>
	<li>Oversee production workflow from conceptualization, storyboard development, and pre-prod to shoot and post-production.</li>
	<li>Attend and contribute to pre-production meetings (PPMs) and client/agency alignments.</li>
	<li>Provide creative oversight during actual shoots—guiding composition, framing, art direction, and continuity.</li>
	<li>Work closely with producers, directors, and editors to ensure output adheres to the creative vision.</li>
	<li>Stay updated on digital platform trends (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.).</li>
	<li>Monitor innovations in OOH, event installations, experiential marketing, and brand activations.</li>
	<li>Apply relevant trends to enhance concepts while maintaining strategic focus.</li>

Client Presentation, Collaboration &amp; Mentoring, Cross-Functional Leadership

	<li>Partner seamlessly with CMG (Accounts), Business Development, Media &amp; PR, CXG and Tech/Web teams.</li>
	<li>Provide creative input during cross-functional brainstorming and client presentations.</li>
	<li>Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure timelines and expectations are met.</li>
	<li>Present ideas and visual directions in a structured, compelling manner.</li>
	<li>Build decks that demonstrate clear visual storytelling, rationale, and creative logic.</li>
	<li>Handle select pitch presentations alongside the Executive Creative Director.</li>
	<li>Guide junior/mid-level designers, multimedia artists, and editors.</li>
	<li>Conduct skills coaching, critiques, and creative alignment sessions.</li>
	<li>Help improve internal processes, templates, and creative workflow systems.</li>
	<li>Support planning of workload distribution and creative team growth.</li>
	<li>Serve as the internal expert, collaborating closely with other teams to ensure alignment across customer initiatives.</li>
	<li>Drive a high-performance culture through effective delegation, mentorship, and cross-functional coordination.</li>
