I. Program, Curriculum, and Classroom Management Support

	<li>Collects Post Dated Checks (PDC) during enrolment and ensures proper turn-over to the Bursar</li>

V. Sales and Marketing Support

The Records and Registration Officer for Academic Advisement and Class Scheduling is in-charge of facilitating the end-to-end class scheduling process. The position also executes all activities and processes related to blocking, academic advisement, enlistment, registration, load revision and final examination support. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

I. Class Scheduling

	<li>Coordinates with academic departments for the submission of various requirements regarding class scheduling process</li>

The Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) is a non-profit organization established by the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) in 1966.

Founded in 1965, SEAMEO is a chartered international organization whose purpose is to promote cooperation in education, science and culture in the Southeast Asian region. Its highest policymaking body is the SEAMEO Council, which comprises the Ministers of Education of the 11 Southeast Asian countries.

The Center derives its juridical personality from the SEAMEO Charter and possesses full capacity to contract; acquire, and dispose of, immovable and movable property; and institute legal proceedings. Moreover, SEARCA enjoys in the territory of each of its member states such privileges and immunities as are normally accorded United Nations institutions. Representatives of member states and officials of the Center shall similarly enjoy such privileges and immunities in the Philippines as are necessary for the exercise of their functions in connection with SEARCA and SEAMEO.

Job Summary: 

Leads, manages, directs, and oversees the program and administrative operations under the Education and Collective Learning Department , including establishing and maintaining networks/partnerships with foreign and local institutions to ensure wide dissemination of program/project.

Program Head

The Learning Designer leads the design and development of online and blended learning courses, ensuring the application of sound instructional design principles to create engaging and effective digital learning experiences.

Working closely with faculty/subject matter experts (SMEs) and the Ateneo SALT Team, the Learning Designer helps develop course structures, multimedia materials, and interactive activities. This is a full-time, project and output based role in an onsite or hybrid setup, depending on project needs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 
 
I. Program Design and Implementation 
• Supports and strengthens the process of conceptualization and development of 
formation programs and activities that address the needs of employees 
o Conducts research and needs analysis to identify formation needs of 
employees 
o Comes up with an initial analysis based on data gathered, and proposes new 
programs to address emerging needs or improvements to existing programs 
• Designs program flow of formation programs and activities, and identifies logistical 
requirements to ensure successful implementation 
o Works with resource persons/ facilitators, the OMI team, and other partners 
on designing the programs and instructional materials 
o Outlines and assigns the roles and responsibilities of team members to 
effectively execute the planned programs and activities, if applicable 
• Manages all financial aspects related to the assigned programs, including cash 
advance, responsible disbursement, liquidation of funds, distribution of 
honorariums, and adherence to the approved budget 
o Drafts the budget proposal for the assigned programs and activities, for 
approval of the Director

• Monitors the logistical support provided by the Program Assistant for the assigned 
programs and ascertains the proper performance of responsibilities 
• Coordinates with relevant stakeholders, including program participants and resource 
persons to facilitate seamless program execution and maximize impact 
 
II. Program Evaluation 
• Develops or uses current evaluation tools such as surveys, interviews, and focus 
groups to gather feedback on program runs, and analyzes the data collected to derive 
actionable insights and recommendations for enhancing program formation 
strategies

• Prepares detailed evaluation reports documenting findings, insights, and 
recommendations for program formation outcomes 
 
III. Performs other duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor, or any 
authorized representative
