Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analyst III

The Program Assistant V provides administrative, logistical, and operational 
support for employee formation programs and activities. The position assists in 
coordinating program logistics, managing documentation, processing financial 
transactions, and maintaining communication with internal and external 
stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 
I. Program Management Support

<ul>
	<li>Supports the planning and development of formation programs by gathering, organizing, and synthesizing information needed for informed program design</li>
	<li>Assists in the preparation and implementation of employee formation programs and activities by coordinating all necessary logistical and material requirements</li>
	<li>Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders such as resource 
	persons, partner units, volunteers, scholars, and program participants to 
	ensure smooth implementation of programs and activities</li>
	<li>Prepares and disseminates program-related communication materials, 
	such as announcements, invitations, confirmations, and other participant

IV. Records Management Support

	<li>Organizes, updates, monitors, and maintains accurate digital and physical files, reports, and documentation related to assigned programs</li>

	documenting attendance, coordinating photo and video coverage, 
	collecting program materials, organizing outputs in secure and accessible 
	files, and ensuring that an article/write-up made by the team for a 
	particular event/program is published on time through the official 
	communication channels</li>

Program Assistant

The Alumni Engagement and Networking Officer is responsible for developing, 
organizing, and implementing alumni engagement and networking initiatives that 
strengthen connections between the University and its alumni communities. The 
position ensures that alumni programs are well-planned, communicated effectively, 
and aligned with the University’s strategic thrusts, both locally and internationally.

 
Main Duties and Responsibilities 
I. Alumni Engagement

<ul>
	<li>Supports the design and implementation of alumni engagement and networking programs in line with University priorities</li>
	<li>Assists in organizing alumni associations at the department or program level of Higher Education units (e.g., FAME, SAGE) as well as at the regional and international level</li>
	<li>Coordinates with Ateneo Alumni Association (AAA) to align their activities with University initiatives</li>
	<li>Prepares communication materials and website content for alumni</li>
	<li>engagement programs, ensuring alignment with the University Marketing</li>

II. Alumni Networking

	<li>Establishes and nurtures long-term relationships with alumni by maintaining consistent communication through regular outreach initiatives</li>
	<li>Liaises with regional and international alumni associations by facilitating regular communication, sharing updates on University thrusts, and coordinating joint initiatives and events to ensure alignment with the OUDAA and Ateneo’s strategic goals</li>
	<li>Connects with alumni based in the different regions of the Philippines and encourages them to create or join existing Ateneo alumni associations or chapters</li>
	<li>Implements and assists in the execution of the Ateneans-helping-Ateneans project of OUDAA</li>
	<li>Organizes activities and events catering to regional and international alumni (e.g., tours, pilgrimages, cruises)</li>
	<li>Works with the Office of Placement and Career Services (OPCS) regarding alumni–student mentorship programs</li>
	<li>Coordinates with the OPCS regarding providing resources and support to</li>
	<li>alumni seeking career advancement or change</li>
	<li>Coordinates with alumni offices of other universities for benchmarking of programs, fundraising/advancement activities, and operational systems</li>
</ul>

III. Alumni-Donor Networking and Stewardship Support

	<li>Collaborate with the Donor Stewardship Team to integrate alumni-donor relationship-building into networking initiatives</li>
	<li>Aligns with the Campaign &amp;amp; Marketing Team and UMCO in preparing alumni communications that highlight donor impact within networking stories and events</li>
