The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, engineering, or related fields, with proven expertise in estimating façade or building envelope projects. This role requires technical knowledge, cost analysis skills, and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously. This job needs to be familiarity with façade materials, including curtain wall, window wall, ACM panel, glass, metal panel, stone, and other cladding systems.</p>
