Job Title: Account Manager

Role Purpose

The Account Manager (AM) serves as the day-to-day contact between clients and the agency. The AM ensures the campaigns are executed seamlessly across ATL, BTL, and Digital channels while maintaining client satisfaction, project profitability, and internal alignment.

This role requires a balance project management, client servicing, and cross functional collaboration to deliver campaigns that meet client objectives and uphold the agencys creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management

<ul>
	<li>Serves as the the primary daily contact for assigned clients</li>
	<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with brand managers and marketing teams</li>
	<li>Understand client needs and translate them into actionable briefs for the agency</li>
	<li>Ensure client expectations are managed effectively and deliverables meet agreed standards</li>
</ul>

2. Campaign and Project Execution

<ul>
	<li>Manage day-to-day execution of ATL, BTL, and Digital campaigns</li>
	<li>Write and deliver clear and concise briefs to Creative, Digital, Strategy and Production teams</li>
	<li>Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets; escalates risks when needed</li>
	<li>Work with project/traffic managers to keep campaigns on track.</li>
	<li>Ensures seamless integration across all touchpoints - from TV, radio, print, OOH to activations, events and digital platforms</li>
</ul>

3. Financial Management

<ul>
	<li>Prepare cost estimates and ensures approvals are obtained</li>
	<li>Monitor project profitablity in coordination with Finance</li>
	<li>Track billing and collections for assigned projects</li>
	<li>Support the Senior Account Manager/Director in revenue forecasting</li>
</ul>

4. Collaboration with Internal Teams

<ul>
	<li>Partner with Creative and Strategy to deliver impactful solutions</li>
	<li>Work with Digital teams to ensure campaigns leverage performance and platform best practices</li>
	<li>Coordinate with Production/Procurement for BTL activations and third-party vendor requirements</li>
	<li>Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely billing and accurate reporting</li>
</ul>

5. Reporting &amp; Insights

<ul>
	<li>Deliver regular status reports to clients and internal leadership</li>
	<li>Track KPIs and campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for optimization</li>
	<li>Support quaarterly business reviews with data, case studies, and success metrics</li>
</ul>

6. Team Support and Development

	<li>Mentor Account Executives and support their growth</li>
	<li>Collaborate with peers to share best practices in client servicing</li>

Job Title: Project Management/Engineer (BTL/Fabrication &amp; Events)

Role Purpose

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing below-the-line marketing projects with a heavy focus on fabrication, construction, and event activations.

This includes managing end-to-end project lifecycles for events, exprential marketing, and designated smoking areas (DSAs), ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The PM serves as the bridge between clients, internal teams, (accounts, creative, procurement, finance), and extenal vendors/contractors, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with client, regulatory and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilites

1. Project Planning and Execution

<ul>
	<li>Translate client briefs into detailed project plans, timelines and budgets</li>
	<li>Manage the execution of BTL projects, including event setups, activations and construction of DSAs</li>
	<li>Oversee fabrication and construction work, ensuring quality, safety and compliance with client and regulatory requirements</li>
	<li>Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for materials, logistics, and installations</li>
</ul>

2. Budget and Financial Management

<ul>
	<li>Prepare and manage projects budgets in collaboration with Finance and Accounts</li>
	<li>Monitor expenditures, ensuring profitability and cost control</li>
	<li>Approve vendor qoutes, track invoicing, and ensure timely billing and collections</li>
</ul>

3. Cross- Department Collaboration

<ul>
	<li>Work closely with Account Managers and Account Directors to align project execution with client expectations</li>
	<li>Collaborate with Creative and Strategy teams to bring concepts to life</li>
	<li>Cooridinate with Procurement for sourcing vendors and materials</li>
	<li>Provide Finance with accurate financial tracking and reporting</li>
</ul>

4. Client &amp; Stakeholder Management

<ul>
	<li>Serves as the client-facing project lead, providing updates, reports and assurance of quality</li>
	<li>Conduct site visits and walkthroughs with clients to review progress and final delivery</li>
	<li>Manage client expectations and resolve issues or escalations quickly</li>
</ul>

5. Vendor &amp; Contractor Oversight

<ul>
	<li>Develop and maintainn a roster of reliable suppliers and contractors</li>
	<li>Negotiate terms and ensure vendor compliance with quality and safety standards</li>
	<li>Supervise on-ground work during event setup, fabrication, and construction phases</li>
</ul>

6. Risk &amp; Compliance

<ul>
	<li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, regulatory requirements, especially for public installations and Designated Smoking Areas (DSAs)</li>
	<li>Identify risks in timelines, budgets, or logistics and create mitigation plans.
	<ul>
		<li>Secure necessary permits and approvals for construction and event activations in coordination with 3rd-party suppliers</li>
	</ul>
