	<li>Monitor margin performance by style and collection.</li>
	<li>Coordinate with R&amp;D to ensure pricing accuracy and cost optimization.</li>

5. Style Engineering &amp; Process Improvement

<ul>
	<li>Recommend style modifications to improve production efficiency and reduce sewing SAM.</li>
	<li>Propose alternative trims, materials, or construction methods to optimize costs.</li>
	<li>Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.</li>
</ul>

6. Technical Coordination

<ul>
	<li>Ensure garments meet functionality, comfort, durability, and safety requirements for children's apparel.</li>
	<li>Monitor compliance of trims and accessories with applicable safety standards.</li>
	<li>Ensure garment construction supports comfort, mobility, and practicality.</li>
	<li>Review key product requirements such as safety compliance, soft hand feel, wash durability, and child-friendly closures.</li>
</ul>

7. Material Monitoring

<ul>
	<li>Coordinate with PR/R&amp;D and Warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability.</li>
	<li>Verify material completeness before production starts.</li>
	<li>Monitor allocation versus actual consumption.</li>
	<li>Escalate shortages and recommend corrective actions.</li>
</ul>

8. Cross-Functional Coordination

<ul>
	<li>Act as the key liaison among Design, PR/R&amp;D, Costing, Production, Warehouse, QA/QC, and Logistics teams.</li>
	<li>Ensure alignment on production readiness, delivery priorities, and collection timelines.</li>
</ul>

9. Reporting &amp; Performance Analysis

<ul>
	<li>Prepare and update daily WIP reports and collection monitoring tools.</li>
	<li>Analyze delivery performance, delays, and operational bottlenecks.</li>
	<li>Recommend improvements to productivity and on-time delivery.</li>
	<li>Present collection and production performance updates to management.</li>

The opportunity (Pioneer Finance Shared Services Team)

This is a pioneer role within Hubexo’s newly established Finance Shared Services Centre. You’ll play a key part in building a high-performing finance operation — contributing not just to day-to-day delivery, but also to how we work, collaborate, and continuously improve.

You’ll work closely with regional and global stakeholders, gain exposure to international finance operations, and grow as the SSC expands.

About the role

As a General Accounting Senior Analyst, you will manage complex accounting activities and support accurate, timely month-end close and reporting for assigned entities or regions. This role plays a key part in maintaining balance sheet integrity and supporting continuous improvement within the SSC.

 

What you’ll be responsible for

Service delivery

<ul>
	<li>Prepare and post complex journal entries, accruals, and adjustments</li>
	<li>Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances</li>
	<li>Support month-end close activities in line with agreed timelines</li>
</ul>

Quality, controls and compliance

<ul>
	<li>Ensure accounting entries comply with internal policies, controls, and accounting standards</li>
	<li>Support audits, internal reviews, and reporting requirements</li>
	<li>Escalate complex or judgement-based issues with clear analysis</li>
</ul>

Improvement and collaboration

<ul>
	<li>Work closely with AP, AR, and regional finance teams to improve upstream and downstream processes</li>
	<li>Support SOP creation, onboarding, and knowledge sharing</li>
	<li>Contribute to system enhancements, UAT, or process improvement initiatives</li>
