	<li>Verify and ensure the accuracy and completeness of diagnosis codes based on services rendered.</li>

	<li>Respond to patient phone inquiries regarding their accounts, providing clear and helpful information.</li>
	<li>Accept phone payments from patients, ensuring accurate processing and record-keeping.</li>
	<li>Monitor Denial Trends and provide timely and accurate resolutions</li>
