Purpose of the Position: Performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks primarily to the Chief Financial Officer, and as well as the Financial Controller and the Distribution Finance Group (DFG) managers, oversee the department’s supplies and office equipment, deal with queries, and assist in the department’s filing and records maintenance.

Responsibilities:

		Performs data entry and summarization of information related to creditable withholding taxes.

	Administration

	<ul>
		<li>
		Handles the CFO’s travel requirements and reimbursements - raising the travel request, cash advances and expense reports and coordinating with DU shared services in charge of travel booking (plane, hotel, land transfers, etc.)
		</li>

		Coordinates with the other Executive Assistants for any transaction between the different offices (Cebu, NAC, Mindanao, Enerzones, etc.) that require the CFO’s attention/signature.
		</li>
		<li>
		Handles other administrative tasks that the CFO will need (managing schedules and meetings, answering calls and correspondences, etc.)
		</li>
		<li>
		Provides additional administrative support to the other DFG managers, as necessary.
		</li>
		<li>
		Monitors and keeps in inventory DFG’s supplies and office equipment periodically.
		</li>
		<li>
		Implement a file management system relevant to DFG to make sure that documents can be easily retrieved to prevent loss and unauthorized access or usage.
