Job Description

To act as the executive arm of Global HR, ensuring that shared services delivery and people-related programs are globally aligned, locally compliant, and business-relevant, with a strong focus on scalability, efficiency, and governance.

Job Description:

1. Global HR Strategy Execution

<ul>
	<li>Implement and manage global HR programs (performance management, talent reviews, compensation and benefits).</li>
	<li>Cascade HR operating model standards into local processes and ensure service delivery is consistent.</li>
	<li>Provide structured feedback to Global HR on local execution challenges and opportunities.</li>
</ul>

2. Shared Services Operations

<ul>
	<li>Establish and develop the Global HR Shared Services for ITVT Group.</li>
	<li>Oversee the delivery of the HR shared services (payroll, HRIS, benefits admin, employee data, reporting, - always compliant with GDPR)</li>
	<li>Drive process automation and digital adoption in line with global HR technology strategy. – including AI tools.</li>
	<li>Monitor service quality and efficiency through KPIs.</li>
</ul>

3. Talent &amp; Leadership Development

<ul>
	<li>Support rollout of global leadership development and succession planning frameworks.</li>
	<li>Ensure shared services teams are skilled and trained to deliver consistent, high-quality support.</li>
</ul>

4. Culture &amp; Engagement (ITVT Group)

<ul>
	<li>Embed global culture and values through shared service touchpoints.</li>
	<li>Execute global engagement and recognition programs.</li>
</ul>

5. Compliance &amp; Governance

<ul>
	<li>Ensure shared service processes comply with global governance policies and local legal requirements.</li>
	<li>Safeguard HR data integrity and privacy in compliance with GDPR and local regulations.</li>
	<li>Manage risk by proactively addressing service issues or employee escalations.</li>

As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring client success and satisfaction by providing strategic guidance and tailored digital marketing and technology solutions. Key duties include building strong client relationships, analyzing performance metrics, creating Key Performance Indicators reports, and identifying business growth opportunities. The role involves managing and executing marketing campaigns, resolving technical issues, conducting Quality Assurance checks, and delivering insights on digital trends. Additionally, the candidate will lead training sessions, maintain documentation, coordinate team schedules, and optimize resource allocation to meet client and business goals.

	<li class="text-justify">Build strong client relationships to understand the client's position in the market and their services/products to maintain and acquire new customers;</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Collaborate regularly with the team to discuss progress and generate new ways to improve the business, and fulfill client needs;</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Collect and analyze data to identify industry trends and the changing needs of consumer behavior;</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Help develop initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention;</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions based on the garnered data and provide a sound report to the management and clients;</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients while carrying out the client and company’s goals;</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Proactively remain connected to clients and maintain updated knowledge of clients' businesses, products/services, and markets to assess new search opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged;</li>

	<li class="text-justify">Provide resolution to the complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes;</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Work closely with team leaders and project and service managers to ascertain the quality and timeliness of deliverables and in achieving set target KPIs, and OKRs.</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Strategize, ideate, and execute with team leaders and project managers to deliver expected results; and</li>
	<li class="text-justify">Report to the Head of Operations.</li>

Licensing/Certifications:

<ul>
	<li>Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid media, and content marketing.</li>
	<li>Proficient in technical tools and other project management tools</li>
	<li>With experience in Project Management Methodologies</li>
	<li>Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and marketing automation software.</li>
	<li>Excellent listening, negotiation, decision-making, and presentation skills</li>
	<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.</li>
	<li>Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets is essential for this role.</li>
	<li>With the experience and know-how to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.</li>
