The Channel Development Specialist is responsible for driving revenue, distribution, profitability, and execution targets by managing and developing distributor capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

<ul>
	<li>Expand and optimize distribution by identifying growth opportunities and ensuring product availability</li>
	<li>Acquire new accounts and manage existing customers to drive sales growth</li>
	<li>Execute route-to-market and trade programs across channels</li>
	<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts</li>
	<li>Monitor sales performance and implement actions to achieve targets</li>
	<li>Support distributor operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and processes</li>
	<li>Assist in resolving operational issues and maintaining smooth business relationships</li>
	<li>Ensure proper execution of promotions in collaboration with Trade Marketing</li>
</ul>
