SUpost is an online marketplace for university students.  We launched over a decade ago and we are the largest used site for marketplace transactions within our supported universities.  We believe that trust is at the heart of efficient and positive e-commerce experiences. Services provided on our platform include buying and selling goods, finding housing, finding tutors and even making new friends through on-campus activities.

<p>I am the founder of a Silicon Valley–based online marketplace that helps students and organizations connect within elite universities (similar to OLX, but university-specific). Our platform is already successful and profitable and currently serves top universities.</p>

<p>We are now expanding internationally and are looking for a Remote Operations Manager to work directly with me in running and growing the business.</p>

<h1>What You’ll Do</h1>

<ul>
	<li>Help coordinate daily operations of a remote team</li>
	<li>Support sales and customer outreach processes (training provided)</li>
	<li>Communicate professionally with customers and partners</li>
	<li>Assist with onboarding and client support</li>
	<li>Help document workflows, systems, and best practices</li>
	<li>Identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements</li>
	<li>Work closely with the founder on execution and growth initiatives</li>
