The Sales Process Excellence Specialist (SPES) is responsible for auditing sales operations, business processes, and distributor compliance to ensure adherence to company standards, operating procedures, and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>
	<li>Conduct audits on sales operations, distributor processes, and compliance with company standards and SOPs.</li>
	<li>Validate the accuracy of sales reports, productivity data, incentive computations, and account master data.</li>
	<li>Perform Business Process Audits and ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of operational reports and documentation.</li>
	<li>Identify performance gaps, compliance issues, and root causes; recommend corrective actions and process improvements.</li>
	<li>Prepare and submit audit reports, non-conformance reports, and weekly activity reports within prescribed timelines.</li>
	<li>Ensure timely completion of assigned distributor audits and achievement of audit performance targets.</li>

	<li>Support distributor operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and processes</li>
